Death not suspicious

POLICE are preparing a report for the coroner after a woman’s body was found at a construction site on Beach Road, Surfers Paradise, around 7.30am on Monday.

Mystery surrounded the discovery of the body near the Bunk Surfers Paradise hostel, which it was believed may have been there for some weeks.

A police spokesman said investigations had revealed there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
