Gold Coast based domestic violence charity Friends with Dignity will be awarding twice yearly scholarshi­ps to children who face abusive homes. The group has partnered with global non-profit Jeunesse Kids to offer the bursaries to kids around Australia.The educationa­l and extra-curricular scholarshi­ps are available to children aged between 5-17 years of age and can be used to cover everything from helping kids attend camp and afterschoo­l activities with their peers to providing uniforms.
