Integra finds new home base

COMMERCIAL flooring business Integra Floors is moving to new premises in Helensvale.

The business has signed a five-year lease for a 1034sq m building at 10 Millenium Cct.

Colliers International’s Daniel Coburn, who negotiated the lease with colleague James Crawford, said there was a tight vacancy rate in Helensvale with freestanding commercial buildings in short supply.

He said it would only become more popular now that stage 2 of the light rail network, which connected to the heavy rail at Helensvale, had been completed.

“Helensvale is also benefiting from a major $500 million masterplanned project by Villawood — ‘the Surrounds’, which will be home to more than 7000 residents upon completion,” he said.

The property features 403sq of warehouse space and 631sq m of showroom and office floor area.
