A CHINESE group that targets property investors is planning a ‘consultation’ presence in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

H @ T Realty, which has offices in major Australian cities and Shanghai, intends opening up a branch in some of the space that until 2011 housed a Duty Free Shoppers outlet in Surfers Paradise Blvd.

Its ‘investment’ operation is in a building that in the 1950s was a bank and today is owned by Geoff and Fay Smith.
