Busy Bee on Ferny Ave

HO Bee, the company which built the Rhapsody tower in Surfers Paradise, has found a $5 million-plus buyer for a nearby site – apparently a fellow Singaporean group.

The buyer is believed to be contemplating building a hotel or serviced apartments on the Ferny Ave holding, which has approval or a 24-floor tower.

Ho Bee, which also is trying to offload a major Broadbeach holding, paid $1.98 million for the prime parcel of land in 2012.
