SOHEIL Abedian and Ron Bakir are fast becoming the must invite double act for our big charity events. Fresh from their sterling work at the GOLDOC Ball where after securing the highest bid for a car and donating it back to be re-auctioned, they’ve done it again. This time it was the yet to be released Alfa Romeo Stelvio SUV at the Gold Coast Mayoress Ball. The bidding started, they in unison had the highest bid and promptly put it back up for sale. Then Brett Frizelle, on behalf of Gold Coast Alfa Romeo, bought it back for a cool $60,000. Two big donations with one Stelvio – very cool.
