TEACHERS keen to learn more about Global

Citizenship Education should contact the Global Learning Centre (GLC) located in Windsor, Brisbane. The GLC has identified an intensifying concern for how to address conflicting values and belief systems in the classroom. Educators in various Queensland metropolitan and rural locations have expressed a lack of confidence and strategies to assist their students to develop empathy and respect when faced with diverse and conflicting cultural values. To assist teachers, the centre offers professional learning opportunities, context-specific advice and support

plus access to online and physical resources.
