DIVES AND DIAMONDS

The Australian diving and netball teams have continued the stream of selection announcements from Commonwealth Games Australia.

Headlining the 14-strong diving team is 25-year-old Melissa Wu who will compete in her fourth Games.

Local diver Domonic Bedggood made his second team and has his sights set on another gold medal performance like Glasgow 2014.

The Australian Diamonds netball team will be led by captain Caitlin Bassett and vice-captain Gabi Simpson.

GC2018 ambassador Laura Geitz made the team following the birth of her son Barney.
