More cash for Iraq

AUSTRALIA has chipped in an extra $18 million towards efforts to rebuild Iraq after the downfall of Islamic State.

Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said: “The widespread destruction of people’s homes, hospitals, schools and other critical infrastructure is a significant barrier to Iraqis returning home and resuming their lives.”
