Recog­nise these peo­ple?



MONEY that was with­drawn from a self-ser­vice check­out and left at the ma­chine has been taken from a Pa­cific Pines su­per­mar­ket.

On Fe­bru­ary 2, a cus­tomer with­drew the cash at 6.45pm be­fore ac­ci­den­tally leav­ing the money be­hind.

A short time later a man went to the check-out, found the cash and then left the store with­out try­ing to hand it in. Po­lice would like to talk to the man pic­tured who may have in­for­ma­tion about the in­ci­dent.

PO­LICE are keen to speak to the peo­ple pic­tured in re­la­tion to a car taken from a Robina home last month.

On Jan­uary a white 2016 Toy­ota Corolla with regis­tra­tion plates 970 WQX stolen from Tul­la­ma­rine Dr was in­volved in two petrol drive offs. On Jan­uary 24 the car was spot­ted on CCTV footage af­ter fuel was stolen from an Elanora petrol sta­tion on Ca­sua­r­ina Dr. It was also lo­cated at Bin­stead Way, Pa­cific Pines on Jan­uary 28 at an­other petrol sta­tion where fuel was stolen. On Fe­bru­ary 2, the car was found burnt out on Remabay St, Burleigh Heads.

A MAN al­legedly stuffed clothes down the front of his pants in a store be­fore leav­ing with­out pay­ing.

On Fe­bru­ary 3 a man en­tered a re­tail store in­side a Big­gera Wa­ters shop­ping cen­tre on Har­bour Town Dr and placed sev­eral cloth­ing items down the front of his pants.

The man then tried to leave the store with­out pay­ing.

De­spite se­cu­rity guards con­fronting the man, he re­fused to re­turn the items and ran from the store.
