M1 driver four times legal limit
A MAN has been arrested after he was allegedly spotted driving dangerously along the M1 at Tweed Heads.
Police stopped the Nissan station wagon at 9.04pm on February 13 and subjected the man to a roadside breath test. He was taken to Tweed Heads police station where he was required to take another breath test.
The second test allegedly came back with a high range of 0.194. The man’s licence was suspended and he will appear at Tweed Heads Local Court on March 12.
