Lions setback with teen out

THE Brisbane AFLW team have suffered a blow ahead of their showdown with Fremantle tomorrow after Rising Star round winner Sophie Conway was ruled out with a leg injury.

Coach Craig Starcevich has replace the 18-year-old with fellow rookie Gabby Collingwood.

The Lions, chasing their first home win of the season at Brendale, want the four points to help them break away from the logjam on the ladder.

Brisbane (first) and Fremantle (fifth) are among five teams on eight points.
