COUPLE BUY INTO COAST PARADISE

THE buyers poised to become ensconced in the Gold Coast’s most expensive penthouse are mooted to be the owners of a riverfront Paradise Waters house.

The names Kevin and Vicki Chatfield have floated to the surface several weeks after developer Ron Bakir sealed a record $9.5 million deal on his sprawling abode atop Chevron Renaissance’s Skyline Central tower in Surfers Paradise.

Kevin is a semi-retired technology company founder who has spent summers cruising the Mediterranean in a motor yacht aptly called Paradise.
