LMW books big profit

VALUATION company Landmark White, founded on the Gold Coast in the 1990s, has more than doubled halfyear profit in the wake of absorbing rival MVS Valuers.

The $2.04 million result compares with $875,000 in the December, 2016 half.

It has come off the back of a 95 per cent jump in revenue to $22.55 million.

The listed Landmark White, which has 44 offices, is paying a fully-franked interim dividend of 2.6c a share.
