SHAPING THE GAMES

CLOSE to 900 Games Shapers received role specific training at TAFE Queensland’s Southport campus last weekend.

This session was for volunteers in spectator services, arrivals and departures, workforce, venue management, venue transport, medal ceremonies, technology and sports including lawn bowls, road cycling, beach volleyball and badminton.

Meanwhile over 300 medical and health practitioners joined the GC2018 medical team training sessions at Gold Coast University Hospital.
