LOCAL ACCESS AND PARKING

● Residents within a restricted vehicle access area will need to apply for a Local Access Permit. Those within the secure zone off Woodgee and Teemangum streets (and side streets) will need an LAP on April 10 and 14. Woodgee St will be accessible from Tomewin St (goldcoast.qld.gov.au/ thegoldcoa­st/commonweal­th-games-localacces­s-permits-42775.html).

GAMES ROUTE NETWORK (GRN)

● The GRN links the Athletes Village to venue precincts to help athletes and officials get to their events on time. The GRN is located along parts of the M1, Stewart Rd (east of the M1), Gold Coast Highway and Teemangum St.

BUS TRAVEL

● As a key route for spectators, R700 is expected to be busier than usual during the day from April 4-15. Consider reducing any non-essential travel or consider walking, cycling or using a different service for at least for part of the trip.
