ICONIC BEACH BUY FOR CREST

THE good oil around commercial property traps is that Peter Chesterton and the Crest Accountants team are the buyers of gas explorer Icon Energy’s waterfront HQ building at Broadbeach.

The Miami Quay building, across the water from The Star casino, has sold for $7.1 million in a deal that settles this week.

There are indications Crest, a 45-year-old practice based in Broadbeach’s the Oracle, will move into the building early in 2019, with the Ray Jamesheaded Icon remaining as the anchor tenant.
