WITH the footy season and the Commonweal­th Games about to kick off, the annual Ray White Surfers Paradise ‘Business Meets Sport’ lunch was a case of perfect timing. The first panel featured Titans head honchos Dennis Watt, Graham Annesley and Garth Brennan while the second starred Bob East, Greg Nance, Dale Dickson and Brenton Rickard. The lunch, which was a fund-raiser for the Surfers Paradise SLSC, attracted around 400 to The Pavilion at The Star.
