This health-conscious cafe gets creative with its specials board, so its latest menu is a collection of greatest hits. “It’s a collection of all the regulars’ favourites that were developed on the specials’ board over the past nine years,” owner and chef Pete Dufty says. “It reflects the feedback I get from my customers every day and our latest motto ‘love the food that loves you back’.” The vegan nourish bowl with quinoa felafal is now a permanent fixture, plus diet specific dishes and their Acai Whip, pure acai berry in a healthy soft serve — vegan, gluten free, dairy free and no refined sugar. “Our whole menu covers all bases with options for everyone,” Pete says.
