Livermore in top form
UPPER Coomera’s Kyra Livermore has come through a three-day hockey trial with flying colours to soar into Queensland’s top under-15 girls team.
Following the trial in Brisbane last weekend, 16 players have been picked in a top Queensland team with a further 16 selected for a secondstring side, plus a total of eight shadow players.
Ivy Matthews of Burleigh Heads made the cut for the No.2 side.
Both squads will compete at the under-15 national championships across April 18-27 in Wollongong, south of Sydney.
