Duo brings wealth of expertise to CBRE

CBRE has appointed two top Gold Coast property professionals to lead its Metropolitan Investments team.

Formerly with Colliers International, Steve Clark and Kyle Youngson join the CBRE Gold Coast office to specialise in the sale of leased investments and development sites.

CBRE Gold Coast managing director Jonathan O’Brien praised the appointments, saying they had a “wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Gold Coast commercial property market”.

Mr Clark welcomed the chance to build on CBRE’s success in the Gold Coast market.

“Having one of the most successful real estate services firms in the world behind us, and our inherent knowledge of the Gold Coast is a win for all our clients,” he said.

Mr Youngson said their new roles came at an exciting time on the Gold Coast.

“Unprecedented infrastructure spend, a high performing residential market and strong jobs growth, and the Commonwealth Games will put the spotlight on the Gold Coast commercial property,” he said.
