There’s been plenty of great ideas coming from the Gold Coast and the opening of The Bar Hellenika Rooftop could have hatched some beauties

IT HAS been a busy few weeks for Simon Gloftis, mine host at Hellenika. Firstly with Billy and Jackie Cross he opened, with much fanfare, Nineteen at The Star. Then it was back to oversee the completion of Bar Hellenika Rooftop above the famous Greek eatery and to welcome the crew from Young Professionals Gold Coast. This was the first official function to utilise the new space and a chance for the young guns to launch “Great Ideas for the Gold Coast”.
