BROADWATER: Spanish mackerel still being seen later in the day, along Palm Beach, Mermaid Beach, and towards Kingscliff. Banana prawns common around Jumpinpin.

SEAWAY: Wind and rain impacting overall conditions. Flathead along the north wall, best during early mornings and late afternoons, but dew fish occasional­ly seen after dark.

FRESHWATER: Whiting and flathead still common in rivers, bream starting to show. Best times are early morning and late afternoon, mangrove jack around bridge pylons and rock walls.

OFFSHORE: Spanish mackerel seen 8 fathoms out around Nine Mile Reef. Snapper and wahoo beginning to show, and black marlin wider out.
