Hailing from Italy, My Gelato’s David Lo Giudice knows a thing or two about gelato. His drool-worthy delights are made using fresh Norco milk and the finest ingredient­s. “The bases of our creams and vegan sorbets are gluten free and gelatine free,” he says. Chocoholic­s are in luck with the likes of Bianco (white chocolate) and Raffaello.
