COLLIERS Gold Coast will take six properties to auction as part of its Autumn Auction campaign.

Director of investment sales James Crawford said it expects to add several more properties to the lineup by the time the auction is held on May 15.

The properties on offer include a Nobby Beach multitenanted retail investment anchored by BWS, a Miami freehold investment with a new five-year lease to Gold Bullion Australia, a Varsity Lakes office suite, vacant land and surplus government property. “We have a great mix of investment, development and owner-occupier assets on offer,” Mr Crawford said.

“Market conditions are very good for buyers with low vacancy rates and low interest rates.”
