Ormeau land deal

A DEVELOPER has spent $5.36 million on close to 6ha of land at Ormeau.

RL Property Development associated with Li Han, Qiao Wang and Anthony Butler, has bought 1.61ha at 167 Goldmine Rd for $1.96 million and 4.08ha at 183 Goldmine Rd for $3.4 million.

The deals settled in February.
