Oh yes they did

ATHLETES are obviously accustomed to pain, but on a day off in Byron Bay a small group of female hockey players proved just how much they love it. Three young hockey stick-wielding gals got fresh tattoos; one on the ribs, one on the wrist and one on the ankle. The ink was covered by bandages, but hopefully they’re pre-emptive gold medals – a mark of the girls’ confidence in their game.
