JET STARS ON A HIGH
IT sounds like a futuristic competition – but it’s real.
And there is still a chance to watch the action in the flesh.
The International Hydroflight Tour Series is taking place at Sanctuary Cove and has brought together the best jetpack, jetboard and jetbike athletes from around the world.
With competitors from America, Canada, the Maldives, Bermuda, Russia and the Czech Republic, five Aussies – Rhys Barnes, Bridget Burt, Dillon Jacombs, Matt Stubbs and Jake Jones – competed in the series, earning points which are tallied towards a final event to be held in Bermuda later in the year.
