Teens go on theft spree
EIGHT youths have been charged with aggravated home invasion and theft in Melbourne’s southeast while another two are facing theftrelated charges.
Police say a number of teens broke into a home in Berwick on Saturday afternoon and stole a gaming console before taking a mobile phone from a fast-food restaurant on Clyde Rd shortly after.
Eight males, aged 14 to 18, have been charged with aggravated home invasion and theft while two teens, 13 and 16, will be charged on summons with theft-related offences.
