BATH TIME WITH JOH IN CHARGE

ONE very special guest with Gina Rinehart at the Longines function was Meg Doack (above) who is the daughter of the late Sir Joh and Lady Flo Bjelke-Petersen. The two families have been friends for decades and Meg recalled a stay they had with Gina’s late father Lang Hancock in Western Australia. “There were lots of people there, it was pretty hectic and my father (Joh) asked if there was anything he could do to help,” said Meg. “He was told to get the kids bathed which he did. He also combed their hair his way so they all came out with an old fashioned part on one side and hair all slicked down. It was hilarious.”
