ATHLETES are role models for a wide range of reasons, but Aussie superstar swimmer Mack Horton found out for one little boy he’s an inspiration for a whole other reason — his glasses! The gold medallist received a heartfelt message from a mum whose 9-year-old son has low vision. “Every time you get interviewed he gets so excited when the commentator passes you your glasses because he says you are just like him.” A fantastic role model in more ways than one.
