DAWN SO TIRED OF REPETITION

DAWN Fraser has won three gold medals at consecutive Olympics in the same event and truly deserves every accolade. The now 80-year-old has been the star turn while she is in town for the Commonwealth Games, posing for endless selfies and generally having a great time. We spoke to her at the Women in Sport lunch and she was in her own words ‘all interviewed out’. “I’ve been asked every question under the sun. I don’t mind but in many cases I’m trying to change up my answers for roughly the same question so I’m having to think too much,” she said with a laugh. Living legend doesn’t quite do her justice.
