Unit block nets $3.5m

A FULLY-leased Surfers Paradise unit block has sold to an international buyer for $3.5 million.

The 4 Holborow Close property was sold by Jennifer and Nicholas Zafir, who acquired the six units for $2.15 million between 2013 and 2016.

The property is on a 1009sq m site and the units return annual rental income of $102,440. Steven King, of Ray White Commercial, was the marketing agent.
