Dunn plans Think trial

STAR Murwillumbah sprinter Care To Think will have only one trial before heading into the Brisbane winter carnival.

The Matt Dunn-trained gelding will tackle three Group 1 races – the Doomben 10,000 on May 12, Kingsford Smith Stakes on May 26 and Stradbroke Handicap on June 9.

Care To Think has won six of his 12 starts, including the Magic Millions Cup (1400m) on the Gold Coast on January 13.

He hasn’t raced since finishing second to Crack Me Up in the Group 3 Liverpool City Cup at Randwick on March 3.

Dunn is closing in on 600 career wins but is still chasing his first Group 1 victory.
