Cameron to play as Kelly doubtful

-

GWS have dismissed Jeremy Cameron’s injury concerns ahead of Saturday’s clash with St Kilda but could again be without midfield star Josh Kelly who is struggling with a groin injury.

Kelly missed the Giants’ win over Fremantle in Canberra with continued soreness in his hip area and is still struggling to get on top of it.

“He’s a week by week proposition at the moment,” Giants football manager Wayne Campbell said.

“We are being conservative with him. He’s a chance to train tomorrow but we will make a call on him later in the week.”

Cameron left the field with knee soreness early in Saturday’s game against the Dockers but returned to play out the match.

“He tends to do things at a million miles an hour but there is no structural damage and no lingering soreness. He’ll be fine,” Cameron said.
