Laming has new stable

-

THE influx of trainers taking up residence around the Gold Coast Turf Club has increased, this time with one of the city’s own making the move.

Multiple Group 1-winning trainer Bevan Laming has bought property at The Pines Racing Estate next to Aquis Park at Bundall.

Laming has already moved about 10 of his horses to the new stable from his own private training track at Jacobs Well in the city’s north.

His latest real estate addition will enable him to put his horses through fast trackwork and trials when needed as well as provide ease of access on race day.

Other trainers to set up bases in the Gold Coast Turf Club precinct in the past 12 months include Chris Waller, Gary Moore, John Zielke and Stephen Lee.
