Hogs stars to debut

-

DUAL-CODE star Zahara Te Mara will make her starting Super W debut for Queensland in tomorrow’s grand final against NSW in Sydney.

Te Mara, who played for the Jillaroos in last year’s Rugby League World Cup and is one of four Burleigh Bears players contracted for this year’s inaugural NRL Women’s Premiership, will start at flyhalf in the 4.45pm clash at Allianz Stadium.

“We’re fortunate to welcome Zehara Te Mara into the side to offer us a point of difference in our attack,” Queensland Super W coach Michael Hayes said.
