Coast push for Dahua

BRISBANE group Pointcorp, mooted to be buying private riverfront golf course The Villa at Nerang, could have a partner – one of China’s biggest apartment developers.

Pointcorp and Dahua Group, which has undertaken “mega projects” in Chinese cities, already have teamed up on a $220 million master-planned community north of Brisbane.

Dahua, which has a $2 billion project pipeline in Sydney and Melbourne, is known to have been eyeing the Coast.
