AUNT WELCOMES DANIEL’S VISIT

ONE very proud aunt is our own Maggie Gidoomal who is preparing to welcome her nephew Daniel Monks to town. This Saturday at 2pm Daniel’s film Pulse, which he wrote and stars in, will be screened at the Gold Coast Film Festival. “He is an amazing young man,” said Maggie. “He was left disabled after a botched biopsy but his love of performing and theatre has never wavered. Daniel has just returned from the London LGBTQ Film Festival and after this he goes to Korea. I’m so very proud of him.”
