Justin Lane owner sells

JUSTIN Lane founder Adam Haralampou has sold the popular Burleigh Heads eatery to Melbourne buyers.

Mr Haralampou, who did not disclose the sale amount, said he had cut ties in order to dedicate himself to Harry’s Steak Bistro and Bar, which he launched 18 months ago.

“Over the next year, the vision is to grow the majority of our produce and evolve Harry’s into a sustainable paddock-to-plate concept,” he said. “It’s already headed in that direction but myself and the team will make it our mission.” Justin Lane was founded in 2011 with 15 employees and now has 120 staff.
