CONVICTED menace Dan Shearin has changed more than his name — he has taken on a new persona, launching new books, a photography career and a business selling branded T-shirts about “shagging everything”.

Business searches reveal Shearin changed his business name to match his new moniker Jayden Daniel Moorea, which he adopted in November.

According to jdmoorea.com, he is “JD Mo’orea” and is nothing like Dan Shearin, the balding 44year-old who was labelled a “pig” and a “coward” for relentless bullying his young, visually impaired partner Breeana Robinson in the lead-up to her death.

Rather, JD is an experienced “performance coach” who wants to help “the next generation” of “young” entertainers choose “audition songs and attire”.

JD has a Facebook profile photo of a fit male model with his branded logo photoshopped on the front.

Like Shearin, JD writes books about cruise ships and takes ordinary travel photos that “feature in the up coming photography book, due out in early 2019”.

His clothing line and new book share the acronym C.R.U.I.S.E, which the website says has three meanings — Can’t Rest Until I’ve Sailed Everywhere; Can’t Rest Until I’ve Snogged Everyone; and Can’t Rest Until I’ve Shagged Everything.

His synopsis says the book is “sure to wet (sic) your appetite (along with your nickers (sic)) as you dive deep below passenger decks and find out what the crew on board cruise ships really get up to.”

JD claims to be working on a film script. He self-published two books under his former name, including one in which he graphically described how he watched his 21-year-old partner Breeana Robinson fall from an 11storey balcony. He was given a six-month sentence after being convicted in October 2014 for abusive texts to Ms Robinson.

He spent 11 days behind bars before release on bail to await an appeal.

His sentence was overturned and he was placed on a 15-month good behaviour bond.

Shearin was later given 12 months probation for stalking another woman he met online.

Ms Robinson’s family has never accepted that she took her own life, and in a shock development last year police revealed they had reopened the case into her death after a coroner ordered detectives to review how Ms Robinson died. Police plan to refer the result of their investigation back to the coroner.
