Sharks face tough test
PALM Beach will have the chance to stamp their Gold Coast Premier League credentials when they travel to Burleigh Heads in the Round 4 opener tonight.
Beaten 4-3 by surprise packets Nerang in Round 1, the Sharks have bounced back with consecutive wins over Mudgeeraba (3-0) and Murwillumbah (2-0) to sit third on the ladder.
However, they will face their toughest test to date against a Burleigh side that holds top spot following victories over Tweed United (3-1), Coomera (3-0) and Nerang (3-0).
The Bulldogs have been lethal in attack, with veteran striker Matt Hilton showing his class with five goals.
Kick off is at 8.30pm at Pizzey Park.
