Arrest after teen sex chat

A SYDNEY man accused of trying to meet a teenage girl for sex has been nabbed at a fastfood car park, with detectives seizing condoms, a lollipop and a baby car seat from his vehicle.

Detectives from the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad’s Child Exploitation Internet Unit say the 48-year-old, from Waitara in the city’s north, believed he’d been having sexually explicit online conversations with a 14-year-old girl since April.

But the recipient of his alleged sexual videos and messages were officers from Strikeforce Trawler.
