War of words in will battle

-

A LAWYER believed Colleen McCullough was the “goodie” and her husband the “baddie” in their marriage, a court battle over the best-selling author’s estate has been told.

Dr McCullough’s then-solicitor Piria Coleman agreed yesterday that was what she tried to portray to the NSW Supreme Court in her affidavits, but she denied trying to cast widower Ric Robinson in as bad a light as possible.

Ms Coleman was being cross-examined in the legal battle over who is the rightful beneficiary of the multimillion-dollar estate.
