MOLENDINAR SITE SOLD FOR $1.975M

THE new owner of a Molendinar holding is planning to build a new facility while retaining the existing tenants.

Jiloon Pty Ltd, a seafood supplier, linked to Anthony Yin, has bought 25 Activity Cres for $1.975 million.

The property contains four units, two of which are leased to Ashmore Commercial Laundry. Marketing agent Jacob Zhou, of Cushman & Wakefield, said one unit, which is vacant, is likely to be extended or demolished to make way for a new facility for Jiloon.
