NEW TENANT’S ONE-STOP SHOP

A CORPORATE-style office/warehouse being speculatively built south of Brisbane is powering ahead after securing a tenant before completion.

One Stop Warehouse — a rapidly expanding solar power systems and components wholesaler — has committed to the Crestmead facility for its new national headquarters.

It has taken a five-year lease with a five-year option on the 3573sq m building under construction at Rai Drive. Nick Evans and Levi Maxwell, of Colliers International, struck the deal.
