IBM on the move

IBM Australia is apparently scouting for a new base on the Gold Coast.

IBM occupies two full floors, or 16.2 per cent of the net lettable area, at Seabank in Southport. Its leases expire on July 31 and it has apparently looked at the Corporate Centre in Bundall.
