NICK Politis, Sydney car dealer, isn’t just buying the business with his purchase of the Gold Coast’s Bruce Lynton Jaguar and Land-Rover dealerships – he’s also buying their Southport home.

The Politis group will become owner of a 5423sq m freehold site that fronts Minnie St and on which $8 million was spent 18 months ago enlarging the showroom and service area.
