MARTY COOKS UP A COMEBACK

IN the 30-plus years that chef Marty Kollrepp ran Oskars Restaurant, there was one permanent fixture on the menu – the famous Oskars coconut prawns. The restaurant and those delicious macadamia and curry mayonnaise coated delicacies have gone but for one night last week Marty was back behind the stove. He did a one off turn at Two Wise Fish in Mermaid Waters and many of his devoted customers came back for a taste test down memory lane. Yum!
