BASKETBALL PROGRAM Basketball is due to start on Monday, June 11 at Southport State High School. Any students interested in being involved, please do not hesitate to contact the Academy.

RUGBY LEAGUE PROGRAM The applications are now open for rugby league. With limited spaces, it is always a program that is over subscribed, so please send in applications as soon as possible. Applications close on June 22. Program sessions commence July 22 at Runaway Bay Junior Rugby League grounds.

MATURE AGE FITNESS PROGRAM

In the recent Federal Budget it was highlighted that it was a national priority to engage with older Australians so they continue to benefit from the physical, mental and social value of sport and physical activity. The Gold Coast Academy of Sport would like to welcome those older athletes interested in how they can benefit from learning more about nutrition, recovery and load management in their sporting involvement. This is an introductory program focused on how we can help to improve your sporting experience. We want to recognise the importance of engaging and enhancing physical activity for those interested.
